Access via the Maintenance Entrance (Rue des Escaliers Sainte-Anne):
- For visitors who only wish to visit the gardens or the Lower Treasury Room.
- For visitors already inside the Palais des Papes who wish to access the Pontifical Gardens.
Animals are not allowed on the site.

- January 5 to February 6: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- February 7 to 28: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- March 1 to November 1: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- November 2 to December 18: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- December 19 to 31: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The gardens are partially accessible via the Cour Maria Casarès entrance for accompanied wheelchairs (access to the gardens is steep). A reserved parking space is available nearby.
