How do I activate my pass ? Present your pass at each museum and monument checkpoint. When you pass through for the first time, your pass will be automatically activated for a period of 24 or 48 consecutive hours, depending on the option you choose |

When is my pass activated ? Passes are automatically calculated from the first time they are used in partner museums and sites. Depending on the formula chosen, the Pass is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours. For example, for a 24-hour Avignon City Pass, if you scan it for the first time at 2pm on Friday, it will be valid until 1:59pm on Saturday. Likewise for a 48h Avignon City Pass, if you scan it for the first time at 2pm on Friday, it will be valid until 1:59pm on Sunday |

I've chosen the Parking option, what should I do ? You can park at the Palais des Papes parking lot. Pick up a ticket at the entrance terminal, and present your Avignon City Pass or e-ticket at the parking lot reception desk. Present your Avignon City Pass so that the car park attendant can issue you with a ticket for the duration of your chosen package, allowing you to enter and leave the parking lot multiple times and activate your Avignon City Pass.
