How do I get my Avignon City Pass ?

No, only passes for adults, as pricing conditions vary depending on the tourist site. Children's tickets must be purchased on site or on the website www.avignon-tourisme.com

The pass is valid from the first time you use it, regardless of when you purchased it.
For example, you can purchase your pass in December and activate it in July when you first visit. The date of purchase therefore has no impact on its validity period.

How do I use my Avignon City Pass ?

No, you do not need to print your pass. You can simply present it directly from your smartphone (digital version received) or via the Avignon City Pass app after downloading it.

Present your pass at each checkpoint in museums and monuments. Upon first use, your pass will be automatically activated for a period of 24 or 48 consecutive hours, depending on the option you have chosen

The duration of the Pass is calculated automatically from its first use in partner museums and sites. Depending on the option chosen, the Pass is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours. For example, for a 24-hour Avignon City Pass, if you scan it for the first time at 2 p.m. on Friday, it will be valid until 1:59 p.m. on Saturday. Similarly, for a 48-hour Avignon City Pass, if you scan it for the first time at 2 p.m. on Friday, it will be valid until 1:59 p.m. on Sunday. 

You can park at the Palais des Papes car park. Take a ticket from the entrance terminal and, with your physical or digital pass (e-ticket), go to the car park reception desk. Present your Avignon City Pass so that the receptionist can issue you with a ticket for the duration of your chosen package, which will allow you to enter and exit the car park multiple times and activate your Avignon City Pass. Transport tickets can only be collected from the Avignon Tourist Office or the Villeneuve Lez Avignon Tourist Office (please inform your travel advisor of the date on which you wish to activate your Pass)

The Popes ' Palace is the only monument included in the Avignon City Pass that offers timed entry. With your pass, go directly to the prepaid ticket line at your desired time

No, you can only access each site included in your Pass once

Discounts will be applied upon presentation of your Pass (your Pass will not be scanned by the activity provider)

The vast majority of sites are open all year round. However, some places or tours have closing days and periods. To avoid disappointment and plan your stay as effectively as possible, we recommend checking the opening hours for each site on the avignon-citypass.com website or on the Avignon City Pass app

Lost or requesting a refund for my Avignon City Pass ?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for Passes. However, as Passes do not have an expiration date, you can use them during a future stay in Avignon. You also have the option of giving them to someone else of your choice.
